Revised Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting for Normanby RLFC Inc. will be held on Saturday 21st November 2015 at 10.30am at Red Hill Community Sports Club, 22 Fulcher Rd Red Hill.

All members and players of the club are invited to attend. The business conducted at the meeting will confirm the minutes of the last AGM, receive the financial statements, elect office bearers and committee members and conduct other business raised from the floor.

In 2016, the executive committee positions of President, Secretary and Treasurer will be joined by a number of committee roles with designated responsibility for an aspect of operations of the Normanby RLFC Inc. The responsibilities of each designated role will be negotiated and finalised at the first ordinary meeting of the new committee. A full list of the positions that nominations will be sought to fill include:

  • President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Game Day Coordinator
  • Sponsorship Coordinator
  • Junior Development Liaison
  • Club Staff Coordinator
  • Ordinary committee members (filled after the above roles)

Nominations for all committee positions can be made in advance by submitting a short written nomination email to as well as taken from the floor or by proxy during the AGM. Please stick around after the AGM to enjoy a drink.
